register using a paper form, on "BLOCK O" (College and Scholarship Code
Choices), you MUST list TOPS 1595. If you register online, you MUST
select "LA Tuition Opportunity Program/Students, Baton Rouge, La (1595)".
Filling out this information correctly will enable TOPS to automatically
receive your ACT score.

to attend LSU, the writing assessment portion of the ACT and/or SAT is
mandatory for Fall 2006 applicants.
