Apply for the 2025-26 School Year
New student enrollment is a two-part process.
- Apply for Admission - Following the directions below, new students must apply to be admitted to Notre Dame High School.
- Enroll - Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email prompt with instructions to complete the enrollment form and pay the enrollment fee for the current or upcoming school year.
Complete an Online Application for New Student Admission
Follow the directions below to complete a NEW student application. Please note that returning students are NOT required to reapply.
If you are new to Notre Dame and this is your first student application, create a FACTS account.
- Click here to create a new account.
- You will receive an email containing a verification link to complete this step.
Using your FACTS login credentials, complete a New Student Application.
- Login to your FACTS portal.
- Click on the Create a New Student Application button and complete the required fields.
- Submit online payment for the non-refundable application fee of $22.
- Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your application with instructions for online enrollment.

Please note that early enrollment is available until January 31, 2025, after which the early enrollment discount expires.
